I am holding an art contest!  Now I have many, many, OCs so I'll be giving lots of chances to win!  Don't forget the Raffle at the bottom for spreading the word!
Here is how it will work, I have several categories.  You can either pick a category and find one of my characters that fit, or find one of my characters you like and choose one of the categories that fit them.  You can only submit a drawing to one category, but you can submit multiple drawings to a category, or multiple drawings to different categories.   You can win prizes in multiple categories.

Looking for Color drawings, full body perferred with waist/bust accepted, but the more of the character in the drawing the higher scores you will get in Faithfulness and Detail.

These can be used to help determine characters who would be seen together.


Categories:
Good/Light
Any character that fights for good or is attuned to the light.  
Evil/Dark
Any character of Evil, hate, or has a life of darkness.  Can be depressed, vengeful or jealous.
Sexy/Pervy
Probably will be a popular one, pretty self explanatory too.  Any character that likes to show off their body a bit, enjoys sex, has high sexual prowess.  Does not need to be nude to be in this category, and being nude doesn't automatically fit here.   Also if there isn't a nude drawing of the character in my gallery please don't draw them nude, I may make some exceptions if you want to ask first.
Strong/Serious
A character who fits any of these.  Never backs down, always ready for a fight.  Is a warrior/fighter of any kind.  Is physically strong.  Has a serious attitude.  Duty bound.
Innocent/Cute
Any character who is untainted, pure of heart, shy or immature.  Can also be those who are physically sweet, or adorable without mature, or sexual intent.
Loving/affectionate
Specifically those with tender feelings for another, be they a mother, lover, sister, best friend.

To tell if a character fits a category you should look at the character description not just their picture.  Hint: Not every character that has a nude drawing fits very well for Sexy/Pervy.

Judging will be done mainly by myself, and will be scored up to 50 based on 3 things.
Skill:  Level of ability of the artist.  I will rate the drawings on a 1-10 scale and add them to the ratings given by a third party who knows no one on DA for a max possible score of 20.
Faithfulness to character: How true your idea is to what my character would really do.  How creative is it?  Score 1-15
Attention to Detail:  A special score for those who add extreme detail to a character such as a unique background that is from a scene in their story.  Are they using their special weapons?  Using special moves/techniques?  Do you have two characters who know each other interacting how they should?  Lovers joined in passion's embrace, bitter rivals battling, faithful companions fighting back to back? Score 1-15

Prizes!!
Each Category will have a 1st place prize of $10 via paypal, or 800 DA Points
If 5 or more people participate in a category the prize pool upgrades to 1st place $15 prize or 1200 DA points and a 2nd place $5/400 points prize
If 10 or more participate in a category a 3rd place 200 Point prize will be added.
If 15 or more participate in a category prizes are 1st-$15 2nd-$10 3rd-$5 4th-200pts.
Also top 2 overall will get a full drawing by me.
I also have a list of hidden bonuses that range from 50Pts to 400Pts that I will reveal at the end, even if you don't win a placed prize you may get one or more of these (a few are real easy).
**These are minimum amounts, if I get extra hours more and more expect these to increase, even possibly double.

All submissions must be in by June 28th 2013.
