Selina awoke hearing someone crying out; she felt their suffering, their pain.  Who was it?  ‘Relina?’ There was darkness all around.  Again she heard the screams of a breaking mind.  ‘Relina!  Is that you?  Where are you?’  The shrieks and wails came from all around as blinding light washed over her.

Selina opened her eyes.  It took a moment to focus and look around.  Her sister’s screams were gone.  She was back in that room, strung up by the power of the man in black.  His pitch black eyes flicked as they instantly noted her waking before returning to their main focus.

"Always someone to meddle in my plans, though nothing I cannot compensate for."  The dark being stated, his deep confident voice pulled her attention forcefully.  It was drawing her in, commanding, dominating.

"You can't predict this Maxius.  I have to stop them before it's too late."  Replied Atilla's voice, while also a deep voice his resounded with a rich fullness that inspired a feeling of hope and optimism.  Selina felt her worry being cleansed by the strength of his tone.

"I have already calculated her combat potential, her agitation will be minimal before her destruction and I will detain Rage same as I have done with you."  Maxius retorted.

"I think she has more fight in her than you give credit.  Still, I can't sit by and let her die."

"Who are you talking about?  Do you mean Relina?  What is happening?"  Selina asked with a minor surge of strength.

"Ah yes the sibling, like you she has entered a conflict with completely insufficient power."  Maxius stated.

"What do you mean?  Where is she?"

Maxius flashed a look of annoyance but gave a wave of his finger where a holographic scene appeared before them.  Selina looked over the wrecked cityscape at her sister, her eyes welled with tears as she watched the violent red haired man standing over her sisters wounded body and began to mutilate her.  Watching as tiny slices whittled down her sisters limbs inch by inch.

"Almost over it seems."  Maxius said.

"No...  Relina..."  Selina sobbed.

Maxius was about to dismiss the projection when a blinding red blast overwhelmed all else.

"Impossible."  Maxius uttered taking in new data.

"I told you."  Atilla said with a tiny smirk.

As the light subsided Selina could once again see what should be her sister.  'Relina?' Selina wondered as she looked at the figure standing in the projection.  She knew her sister no matter the changes but the striking statuesque woman's new form was an astonishing sight to take in.  Following the strange red armoring on her arms and legs and rather lack thereof on her torso Selina knew it was a form that fit her perfectly.

"A turnout of low percentage but still well within parameters."  Maxius declared.

"We'll see."  Atilla mused as the three continued to view the dire battle taking place.

Selina couldn't believe the strength Relina had, constantly gaining it exponentially.    She watched their attacks that get blocked or reflected decimate the landscape.  Selina felt remorse for all the innocents who had lost their lives so far.  It had to be in the millions by now, her heart surged wishing she could be there to stop this, wishing she had the strength to end the conflict and sooth her sister's rampage.  The stronger her sister got the more Selina could feel the pain and anguish her heart was suffering.  Before she knew it her own strength had increase so much that she could move in her bindings, she placed her hand over her heart which burned with the agony of her sister.  Maxius reacted instantly and increased the grip he had on her to immobilize her once more.  Despite the soulless expression on his face she could feel he was beginning to struggle, even if it was only slightly.

"Impressive, it seems you both find your full capability when met with a trial far above your current ability.  It may show some valuable information to discover what your full limits actually are."  Maxius admitted.

"Enough to stop you!"  Selina blurted out defiantly.

"The chances of that are less than none.  Though you have proven yourself the progeny of your paternal line.  Both showing the emotions of the father.  Both flawed in the same ways."

"You're the flawed one Maxius, you can never see the truth in things."  Atilla jabbed.

"Truth?  You speak of truth but are the most blind of any.  Like the humans you are always so fond of who foolishly believe fallacies like being a center of the universe, or those who bow to any of their idiotic made up gods.  It is you who will know my supreme truth one day.  All will be mine in perf..."  Maxius' rant was cut short as Relina and Rage took their duel to the next level.

Selina watched the two powers fill the skies, the whole world trembled as they clashed.

"Unacceptable."  Maxius said.

"I must stop this!"  Atilla yelled.

Just when Selina thought her sister had found the power to push Rage back his power peaked.  Even this far away she could feel the terrible energy tingling her skin.  She watched the red sphere form around him and an overwhelming dread filled her, this was like nothing before.  What was happening there was an abomination, the destruction caused before was merely change.  Conversion of mass to energy, buildings to rubble, even life to death.  Those were change, natural, the cycle of the universe even if they were terrible and cruel.  This was not, this was something that should not be possible.  Ignoring the laws of the universe this power Rage held simply made it disappear.  It did not go anywhere, it did not change, it was no more.  People, dirt, clouds, the air itself that entered his dominion was simply no more.

"Maxius, I have to stop this!"  Atilla bellowed.

"No, I will control this."  He claimed when white fissures broke through as the existence began to crumble.

"You fool!  You know you can't hold this back now!  He has released too much power!"

"Then that just means I have to release more of my own too."  Maxius grumbled, the darkness flushed around him.  Eight perfect rods of absolute black formed behind his back, jutting outwards they produced two columns at a slight angle parallel to the spine.

The expansion of his influence was oppressive, once more Selina felt her bindings bring her to the brink of consciousness.  Fighting to keep her eyes open enough to see her sister struggle against the nothingness full of despair as she could see her losing.  'I want to help her.' her mind cried seeing a little more of her sister worn away.  'I must help her!' her thoughts yelled as Rage's dominion subsided.  She watched her fall, 'I will save her.' Her eyes opened wide flush with shining blue power.

"That's my girl."  Atilla smiled, a halo of his own blue forming behind him.

Atilla held his palm towards Selina as a blue ball of the same energy bubbled to life in the center of the ring.  Their eyes met burning with blue brilliance, she held her palm out to his building on each other's strength.

"I will not allow this."  Maxius stated, a ring of his own darkness forming.

"Now save her."  Atilla smiled in a blink Selina vanished.

Maxius restrained him once more but he had already done what he needed.

"You do not know what your actions will cause other than now they will both likely die."  Maxius cogitated.

"No I don't, all I can do is hope."  Atilla replied.

"How foolish, it always eludes me as to why someone with power near mine could do something as weak as hope."

"It takes a type of strength to hope which you do not have."

It's enjoyful to read honestly xD I liked pretty much how you write, it's simple, but clear and you can understand it even for the emotional way
